tsp pepper

tsp dried basil
tsp dried oregano

tsp ground coriander

tbsp avocado oil

can chick peas

cup raw cashews

cup water

tbsp nutritional yeast

tbsp salt

tbsp pepper

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
1: Char the bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a lightly oiled skillet with a pinch of salt. 2: Transfer to a blender with the rest of the seasonings and oil. Blend until smooth. 3: Pour 3/4 of this mixture over the jackfruit and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. 4: Cook the marinated jackfruit and chickpeas in a pan on medium heat for about 10 minutes until moisture has cooked off and is slightly colored. 5: Chop and peel the plantain into large thirds. Fry until golden all around, then smash until flat and rest until fully cooked and golden. 6: For the cashew sauce, load all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth, adjusting ratios for desired consistency. 7: Load the tostones with the jackfruit mixture and cashew sauce, optionally garnish with herbs, and enjoy.View original recipe
