What you need

tbsp ground flaxseed

cup water

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp mustard

tbsp sriracha

cup chickpea flour

tsp white pepper

tsp dried thyme

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

bunch scallion

Instructions
1: Combine ground flax, water, sriracha, mustard, and coconut aminos in a small bowl, mix and set aside. 2: Combine all dry ingredients (chickpea flour, white pepper, dried thyme, paprika, garlic powder) and whisk, then set aside. 3: Separate mushrooms and coat in the wet batter, then in the dry batter twice until completely coated. 4: Fry coated mushrooms in avocado oil until golden and crispy, then set aside. 5: Slice jalapeño and scallion, and chop garlic. 6: Sauté jalapeño, scallion, and garlic over medium heat until fragrant. 7: Add fried mushrooms to the sautéed mix, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix to combine. 8: Turn off the heat and serve, enjoying the dish.View original recipe
