A vibrant Rainbow Bowl featuring roasted sweet potatoes, steamed veggies, and crispy tempeh, seasoned with a variety of spices, and served on a bed of fresh greens with optional avocado and yellow pepper.

What you need

head cabbage
fl oz oil

tsp dried basil

fl oz bbq sauce

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

tbsp curry powder

head cauliflower

tsp garlic powder

bunch leafy greens
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Chop sweet potato, coat in oil and spices and roast for 35 minutes or until fork tender and cooked through. 3: Chop cabbage and cauliflower and steam in a skillet until softened, season and set aside. 4: For tempeh, chop block into desired shape, coat in oil, spice, and BBQ sauce, and pan fry until golden and crispy. 5: Assemble the bowl with a bed of greens and layer on the steamed veggies, tempeh, and sweet potato. 6: Optionally serve with avocado and yellow pepper.View original recipe
