Roasted Broccoli on Red Pepper Sauce

tbsp oil

fl oz olive oil

pinch salt

tbsp nutritional yeast

clove garlic

tbsp pepper

cup raw cashews

bunch broccoli crown

tsp red chili flakes
Instructions
1: Set oven to 400°F. 2: Cut broccoli into large wedges and lay on a baking tray. 3: Coat broccoli in oil, salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes. 4: Meanwhile, add all red pepper sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 5: Plate with a layer of red pepper sauce followed by the roasted broccoli. 6: Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and lemon zest. 7: Enjoy.View original recipe
