Sesame Mushroom Sandwich

What you need

cup ground flaxseed

cup water

cup chickpea flour

cup sriracha

tbsp mustard

tsp sesame oil

tbsp vegan mayonnaise

tbsp sriracha

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried thyme

tsp coriander

tsp sesame seed
Instructions
1: In a bowl, take ground flax seeds and combine with water. Set to the side for a few minutes to thicken. 2: Meanwhile, in another mixing bowl, add 1-2 tablespoons each of the seasonings to the chickpea flour and whisk together. 3: After the flax seeds have thickened, add in your hot sauce and mustard. Whisk together. 4: After combined, begin frying the mushrooms. Coat mushrooms in wet and dry mixes 2x each and fry for 5-7 minutes on medium-high heat or until golden brown. 5: Meanwhile, slice your cucumber, jalepeno, and cabbage. Add to a small bowl and toss with lime juice and sesame oil. 6: Then add your Sriracha and mayo to a small bowl and mix to combine. 7: Assemble sandwich and enjoy!View original recipe
