cup chickpea flour

cup bbq sauce

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

Instructions
1: Sauté half an onion with chopped mushrooms until onions are translucent and mushrooms have released moisture. Set aside. 2: Mash the beans in a large bowl until the mixture resembles mashed potatoes with some beans intact or pulse a few times in a food processor until coarsely combined. 3: Once beans are mashed, add in the sautéed onion and mushrooms, seasonings, BBQ sauce or ketchup, and chickpea flour. 4: Mix with a rubber spatula until the mixture forms a large ball that can hold shape and is not sticky.
