Delicious vegan tacos made with smoky charred portobello mushrooms. These tacos are marinated with a blend of spices and served with a creamy avocado drizzle for a delightful taste experience.

What you need

tsp ground coriander

tsp cumin

tsp oregano

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
1: Add all marinade ingredients and mix well. 2: Toss in chopped portobellos and mix until fully coated. Set aside for at least 30 mins. 3: Meanwhile, make avocado drizzle by adding all ingredients to a blender and mixing until smooth. 4: Transfer avocado drizzle to a squirt bottle if possible. 5: Once marinated, fry off the mushrooms until charred and most of the moisture has been released. 6: Assemble tacos with the mushrooms, avocado drizzle, salsa, and garnishes.View original recipe
