tbsp poultry seasoning

cup cranberries

cup coconut sugar

cup water

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 300°F. 2: Cube the bread and lay it out on a baking tray, bake for 30 minutes. 3: Meanwhile, add celery, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and herbs to a food processor and pulse until diced texture is reached. 4: Sauté the diced mixture for about 5 minutes with salt and pepper to sweat them out. 5: Stir in the bread cubes. 6: Gradually pour in the vegetable broth, stirring until the bread is plump but not mushy. 7: Season with all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. 8: Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F, or until golden on top. 9: Meanwhile, prep the cranberry sauce. 10: Combine cranberries and all ingredients listed above in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 11: Simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. 12: Let cool slightly. 13: Serve the stuffing warm with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce on the side and enjoy.View original recipe
