What you need

cup chickpea flour

tbsp mustard

tsp smoked paprika

cup maple syrup

tsp onion powder

pinch salt

cup water
tsp dried oregano

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

tsp dried thyme

cup hot sauce

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp flax seed
Instructions
1: For mushrooms, combine ground flax, water, hot sauce, and mustard in a small bowl, mix and set aside. 2: Combine all dry ingredients, whisk and set aside. 3: Coat mushrooms in wet batter, then dry batter 2 times each. 4: Fry mushrooms in avocado oil for 5-7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. 5: For sauce, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and let simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat. 6: Toss fried mushrooms with the sauce, assemble buns, and enjoy.View original recipe
