Instructions
1: Drain and rinse jackfruit and cut into tiny pieces. 2: Marinate jackfruit in a bowl along with the other ingredients for 30 minutes and set aside. 3: Meanwhile, make the peanut sauce by mixing all the listed ingredients in a bowl until combined. 4: Cook the marinated jackfruit in a skillet over medium-high heat until slightly crisp and cooked through. 5: Take a rice paper sheet and fill it with about 2-3 tablespoons of jackfruit plus any toppings you’d like. 6: Double wrap the rice paper and sear until crisp on both sides. 7: Serve with the peanut sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
