tsp cinnamon

tsp olive oil

tsp agave syrup

cup spelt flour

tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 435ºF. 2: Shred tofu and mushrooms in a bowl. 3: In a separate bowl, mix all marinade ingredients to form a paste and coat the shredded tofu and mushrooms. 4: In another bowl, mix all flatbread ingredients to form a dough. 5: Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then portion into 4 equal sections and roll out. 6: Pan fry the rolled-out flatbread until crisp on both sides. 7: Roast the marinated tofu and mushroom mixture for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through until charred. 8: Blend all sauce ingredients together and transfer to a sauce bottle. 9: Assemble the wrap with the flatbread, shawarma mixture, garlic sauce, and any desired toppings.View original recipe
