What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp yeast

tsp turmeric
tsp oil

cup water

tbsp curry powder

can coconut milk

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1: For doubles, add all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk to combine. 2: Slowly add in water and mix until a dough forms and knead until smooth. 3: Lightly oil, cover and set aside to rise for about 5-10 mins. 4: Once risen, make dough balls about the size of a golf ball. 5: On an oiled surface, press them out flat and round. 6: Fry in hot oil for about 10-20 seconds total and set aside. 7: Meanwhile, chop your onion, peppers, and garlic. 8: Sauté in a saucepan until soft, then add curry powder, chickpeas, and coconut milk. 9: Mix all together and let simmer for 10-15 mins uncovered on med-low heat or until desired consistency is reached. 10: For cucumber chutney, grate the cucumber, transfer to a kitchen towel and squeeze all the water out. 11: Chop the cilantro, transfer to a bowl, add seasonings, and mix to combine. 12: Assemble with curry, cucumber chutney, mango chutney, and pepper sauce.View original recipe
