What you need

can palm hearts

can artichoke hearts

cup chick peas

cup chickpea flour

tsp salt

tsp white pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp celery salt

Instructions
1: Add the hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, and chickpeas to a food processor and pulse until combined but still chunky. 2: Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add the flour and seasonings, and mix until combined. 3: Shape patties and lay each out on a parchment lined baking sheet. 4: Place the tray in the freezer for 30-40 minutes or until firm enough to handle without losing shape. 5: Prepare batters by coating the patty in wet batter then into the dry to fully coat. 6: Heat a pan with oil filled about a third of the way and fry the patties on both sides until golden. 7: Remove from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate. 8: Make the tartar sauce and assemble with bread and vegan cheese slices.View original recipe
