tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp salt

cup red onion

tsp black pepper

tsp cayenne

cup scallion

tbsp avocado oil

clove garlic clove

tsp cinnamon

tbsp browning sauce
Instructions
1: Slice king oyster mushrooms and boil in seasoning for 15 mins. 2: Drain off and dry on paper towel. 3: Make jerk marinade by adding all marinade ingredients to a food processor and blending until it resembles a thick paste. 4: Wet rice paper and layer mushrooms inside along with a piece of lemongrass to resemble a drumstick. 5: Roll to seal and repeat with remaining ingredients. 6: Brush with marinade and air fry or roast for 15-20 mins at 375°F. 7: Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
