What you need

cup yellow onion

cup mushroom

cup cooked lentils

cup breadcrumb

tbsp ground flaxseed

cup water

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp dried thyme

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ketchup

tbsp steak sauce

tsp maple syrup
Instructions
1: In a small bowl, add in the ground flax seed and water, stir to combine and set aside. 2: Chop the onion, pepper and mushrooms. 3: Sauté over medium-high heat until onions and peppers are translucent and mushrooms have released moisture. 4: Add in all seasonings and stir to combine. 5: Add in the cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, and flax seed mix. 6: Combine everything in the pan then transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan. 7: Pack all of the meatloaf mix into the pan tightly. 8: Mix all ingredients together for the glaze and layer on top a few times to get a nice coating. 9: Bake covered with aluminum foil at 350ºF for 30 minutes. 10: Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy.View original recipe
