These easy vegan snickerdoodles come together in about 30 minutes and are gluten free. Deliciously sweet and fully plant-based, they can be made with all-purpose flour if desired.

1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: In a large mixing bowl, add in vegan butter and sugar. Mix until creamy and combined. 3: Add plant milk and vanilla, mix all together. 4: Add in flour and baking powder and mix until dough forms. 5: Take out dough and roll up golf ball sized pieces. 6: Coat dough in cinnamon and sugar mix. 7: Line on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. 8: Let cool and enjoy!View original recipe
