What you need

cup black walnuts

cup pumpkin seeds

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp mustard powder

cup vegan mayonnaise

tbsp ketchup

tbsp mustard

tbsp sweet pickle relish
Instructions
1: Soak walnuts in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and rinse. 2: Load walnuts, mushrooms, and pumpkin seeds into food processor and pulse until combined. 3: Dice your onion and sauté until browned and slightly caramelized. 4: Transfer blended nuts to a hot pan along with spices and sautéed onions. 5: Cook for about 7 minutes or until mixture is browned and golden. Set aside to cool slightly. 6: For burger sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine. 7: Dip rice paper sheets in water until malleable, lay on a flat surface. 8: Assemble rolls with a piece of plant based cheese and about 1/4 cup of walnut mixture. 9: Wrap and pan sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy on all sides. 10: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
