What you need

tbsp ketchup

tbsp mustard

tsp smoked paprika

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tsp mustard powder

tsp onion powder

cup pumpkin seeds

cup vegan mayonnaise

head romaine lettuce
tbsp pickle relish

cup walnut

oz vegan cheese
Instructions
1: Soak walnuts in hot water for 15-20 mins. Drain and rinse. 2: Load walnuts, mushrooms, onion, pepper and pumpkin seeds into food processor and pulse until combined. 3: Transfer blended nuts to a hot pan along with spices. Cook for about 7 minutes or until mixture is browned and golden. Set aside to cool slightly. 4: For burger sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine. 5: Shallow fry one taco sized tortilla until golden brown, set aside. 6: Assemble crunchwrap with layer of walnut meat, wrap sauce, tomato, pickle, fried taco tortilla, sauce, shredded onion and lettuce. 7: Top with unfried taco tortilla and wrap fully, seal on a hot skillet and serve.View original recipe
