What you need

can white beans
fl oz oil

tsp allspice

pinch salt

tsp pepper

tbsp nutritional yeast

clove roasted garlic

tsp dried rosemary

tsp ground coriander

tsp cinnamon

tsp dried thyme

bunch carrot

cup soy milk
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 385°F. 2: Wash, trim, and slice the carrots. Toss with oil and spices, then set aside. 3: Peel and chop the parsnips into even pieces, toss with oil and a pinch of salt, set aside. 4: Slice 2 heads of garlic, cover with oil, salt, and pepper, and wrap in foil. 5: Transfer everything to a baking tray and roast for 30 minutes. 6: Pulse the parsnips and beans in a food processor with the other ingredients until desired consistency is reached. 7: Assemble and optionally garnish with a drizzle of agave, olive oil, chives, and pumpkin seeds.View original recipe
